Spring Snowfall at Sunrise Amphitheater Made Sindy + Gustavo’s Special Day Even More Magical!

This couple was certainly dear to my heart, as it was my little brother’s wedding day! Gustavo and Sindy wanted to have the ceremony at the Boulder Sunrise Amphitheater, an intimate mountain setting on a bright spring day. As it often does in Colorado, there was a fresh dusting of snow covering the red rocks and ponderosa pines. After 15 years together and two beautiful children, the couple decided it was time to say “Sí!”

With close family surrounding them, their joy was palpable from the first moment Sindy walked down the steps. Her bouquet of red and pink roses popped against her white dress and the fresh snow. With views of the forest and the clouds lifting, they exchanged heartfelt vows of recommitting their love for one another.

We popped champagne in celebration and took family portraits, and then we moved up to the artist’s point to capture the beaming newlyweds. The special day concluded with a festive (and delicious!) reception at Zucca’s in Louisville. Filled with joy, love, and a good amount of Italian food, our newly expanded family shared a wonderful celebration together. Congratulations to my sweet brother and new sister!
